Just about 20 years of various cooking experience under my belt. Everything from working the trenches at Longman And Eagle in Chicago, to opening The Vesper in Campbell CA, to starting my own business as a private chef in the Bay Area. I also worked as a corporate chef for Bon Appetite at Oracle and Google.
Integrity and discipline define who I am as a chef.. but my cooking allows my creativity and playfulness to shine through. Highly seasonal, modern American cuisine is my style and I focus on plated coursed meals or family style events that vary in size.
Living in Yolo County, besides having my own garden space, I have close connections with amazing produce from farms like RiverDog, Winters Fruit Tree, and so many others!!
